Pros upfront: Prime location- we walked downtown and were very close to the gondolas. It accommodated our large party extremely well (one of the bunk beds is full size instead of just twin, and both the couches fold flat as well). 2 full bathrooms is very nice! Everything we needed was included, especially enough blankets/towels/toiletries. The property was clean. The fireplace and tv were easy to use as well. Cons upfront: The parking garage has a clearance of 6'6" to park inside if I remember correctly. We had a 4 runner with a flat rooftop tent and could not park in the garage- just something to note. It took a very long time to get a response from the host- I wouldn't hear back for 6ish+ hours after I inquired about something. The bunk beds in the bedroom are quite loud/squeaky to sleep in.
